DELIVERY

We dispatch online orders on WEDNESDAYS only.

 

We are unable to offer individual preferred dispatch dates. 

​

The deadline for each Wednesday's orders is 12.00 NOON on the Tuesday before.

​

We use a 1-2 day courier service. Our courier delivers between 8am and 6pm. If the recipient is out the courier will always leave in a safe place or with a neighbour. If your purchase is a gift we urge you to tell the recipient!!

 

An email confirmation with tracking number will be sent when your order is dispatched. Please read this email carefully as it has important information.

Delivery is a FLAT CHARGE of £5.99 (£6.49 to central London congestion zone* and £7.50 to Isle of Wight] So even if you buy more Bunns (Bunns CAN be frozen) or add our famous tea, butters or chutney - the shipping charge stays the same.

We deliver to the UK MAINLAND & Isle of Wight** [excluding all other offshore islands** Scottish Highlands, and N Ireland***]

In 'normal' times 90% of orders will be received on the first day after dispatch. 9.5% of orders will be received on the second day. 0.5% of orders just disappear miraculously as if stolen by a Bunn loving ghost. No courier is perfect and once an order has left our bakery we are very much in their hands. We ask for your understanding and that you only order if you are aware of this.

** Currently the only UK Island we deliver to is Isle of Wight (PO30-PO41) but please select the £7.50 shipping charge.

***Unfortunately due to the extended delivery times we are not able to deliver to some UK addresses. Sadly, we cannot currently deliver to Northern Ireland, Offshore Islands - including ,Scilly (TR21-TR25) Guernsey (GY1-10) Jersey (JE1-5), Isle of Man (IM1–IM9, IM86-87, IM99) &  Scottish Islands [HS1-HS5, KA27-KA28, PA62-PA75, ZE1, HS6-HS8,HS9, KW15-KW17, PA20, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA61, PA76-PA78, PH42-PH44, ZE2-ZE3) We are also sadly unable to deliver to Scottish Highlands  (AB54-AB56, AB35-AB38, FK18-FK21, IV1-IV63, KW1-KW14, PA21-PA38, PA80, PH17-PH26, PH30-PH41, PH49-PH50)
